Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receipt of your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
  • Basin Wastes
  • Bath Wastes
  • Plugs & Overflows
  • Any products that have been installed or used

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Include your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond with a Returns Authorization Number and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns address at:

    Please include the Returns Authorization Number on the package.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Timeline and Method

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account will depend on your payment provider’s policies.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item to you. You will be responsible for any price difference between the original and replacement items, as well as any additional shipping charges.
