Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it is dispatched. During peak periods, this may occasionally take slightly longer, but we will keep you informed.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): We ship via trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically be delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over £50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and customs procedures. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to some remote parts of Asia and other select remote regions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process if you are not entirely happy with your purchase.

Returns Timeframe & Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused and uninstalled condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, accessories, and documentation included.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Basin Wastes
  • Bath Wastes
  • Plugs & Overflows

Additionally, any product that has been installed or used is not eligible for return.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Include your order number and product details. You can use the template below for clarity.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will review your request and email you a Returns Authorization (RA) Number along with instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all parts and paperwork.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns address. Clearly write your RA Number on the outside of the box.

  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item and process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a defective or incorrect item).

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and considering shipping insurance for your protection, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed by our team. The timing for the credit to appear in your account will then depend on your card issuer’s or PayPal’s policies.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different model or size, please follow the standard return process above. Once we receive the original item, we will ship the replacement. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping charges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will apologise sincerely, arrange for a replacement or refund, and provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the damaged item.
