Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs procedures. We cannot deliver to some remote parts of Asia and other select remote regions.

You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery. If no one is available, the carrier may leave a card with instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting the package.

Risk of damage to or loss of the products passes to you once they are delivered to the specified delivery address.

Returns Timeframe: We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

• In the original packaging with all tags, labels, accessories, and documentation included
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Basin Wastes
• Bath Wastes
• Plugs & Overflows

Additionally, any product that has been installed or used is not eligible for return.

Return Process:

2. Wait for authorization – our team will email you a Returns Authorization (RA) Number with instructions
3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all parts and paperwork
4. Send the package to our returns address, clearly writing your RA Number on the outside of the box
5. Once received, we will inspect the item and process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and considering shipping insurance.
